Last Saturday I did the open mic on L'Amyx. The last one to be exact. Here is my poem in honor of L'Amyx:
Lovable, black, small little round things called bubbles.
Amazing staff full of joy and happiness, including Albert Dumbledore.
Magical hot chocolate, full of cream from whipped world.
Yearning for the cakes every time I go there.
eXcellent piece of metal stuck right in the counter -- only one to be eXact!
I know I'll really miss L'Amyx. A LOT! On the bright side I did get to do my first open mic and the owner of L'Amyx (who has an adorable little baby) is opening a new Asian resturant there and asked me to be in her promotional video! Ta ta for now.
